Tal Dagan

Tal Dagan is the Chief Product Officer at Atera. Prior to Atera, Tal was the VP of Product Management at Redis Labs from March 2018 to July 2019. At Redis Labs, Tal was responsible for building and managing a large team of PM's and installing both agile (for DBaaS) and hybrid agile/waterfall (For on-premise) methodologies, prioritisation and roadmap mechanisms, as well as support policies and compliance schemes (SOC2, HIPAA and GDPR). Tal was also part of the company's leadership team responsible for the company's strategy and future positioning.

Prior to Redis Labs, Tal was the Chief Travel Officer at The World from October 2015 to November 2016. Before that, Tal was the CTO at Haystackz LTD from August 2014 to October 2015.

Tal began their career as Head Of Products at Flash Networks from March 2009 to July 2014.

Tal Dagan has an Executive Education in Strategic Marketing Management from Columbia Business School, a MSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, a BSc in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

They are on a team with Jan van der Marel - SVP Customer Success, Shani Brounshtein - VP, HR, and Yoav Machlin - VP Marketing. Their manager is Gil Pekelman, CEO.
