Bernard Hansen

Bernard Hansen is currently the Special Agent in Charge at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) as of 2023, overseeing criminal enforcement and regulatory activities across several states. With over 25 years of experience, they previously served as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge, leading multiple enforcement groups and strategies for criminal investigations. Hansen has also held various positions within the ATF, including Special Agent, Group Supervisor, and Deputy Chief, and they began their career as a Police Officer with the Milwaukee Police Department. They are an accomplished security leader known for their work in complex investigations and collaboration with law enforcement agencies.
