Dan Driscoll

Dan Driscoll is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in both military and private sectors. Currently serving as Acting Director at ATF and Secretary of the Army with the US Army since February 2025, Dan’s background includes founding In Witness Advisory and holding key roles such as COO at Flex Capital and Partner at 100watt. Dan's earlier positions include Associate at BlackArch Partners and leadership as a Cavalry Scout Platoon Leader in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
