Henry Penafiel

Henry Penafiel, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various organizations, including the United States Navy, White House Communications Agency, FEMA, and ATF. Notable accomplishments include enhancing team performance and training programs as Leading Petty Officer in the Navy, managing sensitive communications during administration transitions at the White House, providing engineering support for critical network operations with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and leading emergency communications efforts at FEMA. In addition to a solid educational background comprising an MBA and ongoing PhD studies in Public Policy, Henry Penafiel is currently serving as Regional Manager in the Radio Services Branch of ATF, contributing to the development of telecommunications policies and practices for disaster response.
