Jason Townsend

Jason Townsend is the National Coordinator for the ATF Peer Responder and Chaplain Programs Branch and serves as a Senior Special Agent in the ATF Special Operations Division. They retired as a Sergeant First Class from the US Army after ten years of combined Active Duty and Reserve service, where they worked as both an Infantry Platoon Sergeant and a Counterintelligence Special Agent. Jason also briefly served as a Police Officer with the Phoenix Arizona Police Department. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice at Excelsior College.
