Kate Dowd

Kate Dowd is a dynamic leader in federal law enforcement, currently serving as the Resident Agent in Charge at the ATF, where they apply over two and a half decades of experience in managing complex investigations and tactical operations. Dowd's career includes roles such as Warrant Specialist at the United States Marshals Service and various positions at the ATF, including Special Agent and Project Manager in the Special Operations Division. They hold a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Northeastern University.
