Paul Ware is currently the Deputy Associate Chief Counsel (West) at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Paul served as Division Counsel for the LA Field Division from 2009 to 2023 and held various positions in the United States Marine Corps, including Senior Prosecutor and Senior Judge. Paul earned a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Paul completed a Certificate of General Trial Skills at the National Judicial College and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Southern California.
