Poonam Sachdeva is currently the Acting Deputy Division Chief at the Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (DOJ/ATF). With extensive experience in IT program management, Poonam led the development of enterprise-level solutions at USCIS from 2015 to 2020 and at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from 2020 to 2021. Poonam also served as a Program Manager at the FDA from 2021 to 2023 and as a Project Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology from 2001 to 2015. Poonam is pursuing a Master’s degree in Technology Management at the University of Maryland University College.
