Stephen Wills

Stephen Wills is a high-performance Chief of Staff at the ATF, leveraging over 15 years of experience in both private and public-sector accounting. Wills previously served as Deputy Comptroller at the Smithsonian Institution from 2010 to 2014, where they directed complex financial operations and provided technical guidance to a large team. They hold a Bachelor's degree in History from Santa Clara University and a Master of Public Administration in Accounting and Finance from Troy State University, as well as a Top Secret security clearance. Throughout their career, Wills has excelled in financial management and communication, delivering over 100 presentations to senior executives and authoring numerous financial publications.
