Tom Crawford

Tom Crawford is currently the Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the ATF Chicago Field Division, where they focus on identifying and investigating violent offenders to enhance criminal prosecutions. Previously, they served as a Special Agent with GBI, handling major crimes and drug offenses, including leading significant investigations that garnered multiple awards for excellence. Over their career with the ATF, Crawford has conducted numerous covert and overt investigations, specializing in firearm offenses and organized crime, and has played a key role in training new agents at the ATF National Academy. They hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University and have completed various specialized training programs related to criminal investigations.
