Matt Cheetham's work experience includes a role as Sales Director and Global Project Manager at ATG Ltd, a sourcing specialist company. Matt was responsible for managing the financial and legal risks associated with purchasing products from low-cost countries, as well as overseeing delivery management and maintaining quality and service levels.
Matt also worked as a Sales Director at A-Trax Global, a subsidiary of ATG, where they focused on supplying crawler undercarriage systems for various industries. These systems were manufactured in the UK and offered tailored solutions for different applications and machinery.
Before their roles at ATG Ltd and A-Trax Global, Matt worked as a Supply Chain Controller at Wraxall Power Transmission Ltd., where they managed the supply of castings to the construction industry from factories in China. Matt was responsible for supplying over 2,000 SKUs to leading manufacturers worldwide.
Prior to these positions, Matt had temporary roles while studying, where they gained experience in using various computer programs and managing large quantities of SKUs. Matt also ensured the implementation of lean management principles to optimize supply chain operations.
Matt Cheetham attended Lawrence Sheriff Grammar School in Rugby from 1992 to 1996. Matt did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field during their time there. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Rugby College and pursued a GNVQ in Advanced Business.
