Prior to ATG, Matthew held positions as a lead engineer at Terex Material Processing and design director at Giant Crushing Limited, focusing on plant and jaw chamber design. Matthew also served as an engineering consultant specializing in castings and fabrication. Earlier in the career, Matthew gained significant experience at Extec Screens & Crushers Ltd and Sandvik Mining & Construction, where notable contributions included principal design roles for several cone crushers and a senior designer role for a jaw crusher.
