Max Paletz

Max Paletz is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Athelas since June 2023. Previously, Max held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Gopuff and served as General Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Spin. Max's career includes significant roles at Uber, where responsibilities included managing Greenlight operations and vehicle solutions, as well as leading as General Manager at Device Pitstop. Early career highlights include a Store Manager position at Apple, where Max transformed team performance and opened the Uptown Apple Store. Max's foundational experience began with roles in sales and program direction, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
