Athena Executive Services pairs high caliber, part time, virtual Executive Assistants with business owners and executives.

Benefits that our clients report:
· They are happy that they now are spending more of their time on what they are needed for most in their company. They are wasting less time on activities someone else could do.
· They have a new-found peace of mind and life balance (going to the gym; ending work at a reasonable time; spending time with family; having time for business planning; etc.)
· They are saving money by simply paying for the hours someone works

Some of what you get:
· Our assistants are independent contractors who work from home, with their own equipment. Our clients save money, not having to provide office space, equipment, benefits, etc.
· They are experienced being on virtual/ remote teams and how to perform well in that environment. We work with our clients to establish effective communication structures so that you are clear about what work is being done.
· Support is available anywhere from 10 to 30 hours/week. It’s amazing the difference just 10 hours/week of support can make!
· Coaching is available at no extra charge for those who have never had an assistant before, or want support in working most effectively with their assistant.

Working part-time, our assistants are out of sight and often out of mind, while they are busy taking ownership of and completing items on your to-do list.

Whether it’s booking your family’s trip, helping you slay your inbox, pulling together documents for your mortgage application, or being the bouncer and bodyguard for your calendar . . . we do that.

Turn your assistant into a high-performing Executive Assistant!
Athena Executive Services offers a coaching program for the Executive Assistant you already have! Our coaching program includes 8 hours of coaching and is done over the phone in 8 – 10 phone calls, covering our 8 Key Distinctions to being a high-performing Executive Assistant.
