Amanda Porter has extensive experience in the field of IT management and customer service. Since September 2014, Amanda has held the position of IT Manager for Information Security Access Management at Athene USA. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Customer Service Manager at Ferrellgas from March 2013 to September 2014. Amanda's career began at Mediacom Communications, where a progression of roles from Internet Support Representative to Sr. Manager of Internet Technical Support was completed between December 2002 and March 2013. Amanda earned a degree from William Penn University between 1999 and 2002.
