Amber Decker

Amber Decker is currently the AVP of Product Development at Athene, where they bring over 10 years of experience in annuities, focusing on valuation, product development, and experience analysis. Prior to their current role, they served as AVP of Inforce & Profitability Management at F&G from 2021 to 2025 and held various actuarial positions at Athene. Amber began their career with an internship in annuity product development at Northwestern Mutual and further honed their actuarial skills through internships and associate roles at Athene. They hold a BSBA in Actuarial Science and Finance from Drake University, complemented by their earlier education at the University of Minnesota through a dual enrollment program.
