Angela Sharp

Angela Sharp currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Athene since September 2025. Prior to this role, Angela held several key HR positions at DHI Group, Inc., including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager/Business Partner, where responsibilities included providing strategic HR partnership to executives and overseeing various HR functions. Angela has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Drake University, teaching certification exam prep, and worked in HR management roles at ARAMARK and The Integer Group. Angela began their HR career as a Recruiter at Mercy Medical Center. Angela holds a Master of Science in Leadership Development from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University.
