Bill Free is an accomplished marketing communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager at Athene USA since February 2014, Bill oversees a copywriting team and collaborates closely with various departments to manage tier 1 creative projects supporting product launches and brand development. Prior experience includes roles at Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed corporate and community relations, and at Liberty Life Insurance Company, where Bill provided strategic communications during a significant business relaunch. Additional roles at RBC Insurance and earlier at Liberty Life further highlight a strong background in communications strategy and execution. Bill holds an MA in English from The University of Toledo and a BPhil in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University.
