Chad Batterson currently serves as Vice President of Compliance at Athene USA, a position held since October 2013. Prior to this, Chad held various compliance-related roles at Aviva USA, including Director of Annuity Product Compliance and Director of Consumer Resolution, from 2008 to October 2013. Experience also includes managerial compliance positions at Sammons Financial Group and Midland National Life from 2002 to 2008, as well as roles at ING and ING Americas from 2000 to 2002. Chad holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in History from Central College.
