Harry Lam

Harry Lam has a diverse background in investment operations and analytics, with significant experience in leadership roles at various financial institutions. Starting as an intern at Cornucopia Capital and the Fashion and Textile Museum, Harry progressed to AIG, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Derivative Operations Analyst and eventually Vice President of Derivatives Operations, managing teams and overseeing complex derivative transactions. At Guardian Life, Harry held the position of Senior Director of Investment Analytics and Chief of Staff to the Head of Asset Liability Management and Equity Management, managing communications and relationships across departments. Currently, Harry serves as Vice President of Risk Operations & Change Management at Athene, focusing on operational leadership and strategic infrastructure within the Risk function. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Marketing, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Binghamton University.
