Kenneth Roach has over 25 years of experience in IT management and support roles. Currently serving as a Major Incident Manager at Athene since May 2007, Kenneth is responsible for managing critical incidents that affect IT services using the Kepner-Tregoe methodology, ensuring swift resolution and minimizing disruption. Previous positions at Athene include Data Center Operations Manager, overseeing the operation of data centers, and Print Operations Team Leader, managing a high-volume production print center. Prior to Athene, Kenneth held roles at AmerUs Group as Help Desk Team Leader and Help Desk Support Specialist III, and at Thorn Group Limited as PC Support Team Leader and PC Support Analyst. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Illinois University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Highland Community College.
