Mark C. Abbott

Mark C. Abbott currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Regulatory & Risk Analytics at Athene since November 2021. With a robust background in risk management, Mark has held notable positions, including Managing Director and Head of Quantitative Risk Management at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, and Vice President of Risk Management and Analytics at BlackRock. Mark has contributed to the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA) through various roles, including as a member of the NY Steering Committee and former Board Director. Additionally, Mark is a member of the UCLA MFE Advisory Board and has previously served as a Board Director for Skyliners Synchronized Skating Teams.
