Matthew McDonald, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Athene since January 2022, Matthew previously held key positions such as Sr Talent Consultant at Principal Financial Group, Director of Talent Acquisition Consultation at Professional Project Partners, Inc., and Director of Talent Acquisition at Workiva. With expertise in designing and executing innovative talent strategies, Matthew has successfully led recruiting initiatives, optimized processes, and assessed HR technologies to align talent strategies with business objectives.
