Sarah Ryan

Sarah Ryan is the AVP and Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Athene, where they lead the team responsible for Athene's Internal Capital Model. Previously, they held roles at Prudential Plc, including Manager of Group Risk Strategy & Planning and Risk Actuary, as well as serving as Senior Actuarial Reporting Manager at Unum UK. Sarah has a strong academic background with a BA and MMath from the University of Cambridge, where they also conducted research that led to a published paper. Their early experience includes an internship at Ernst & Young and work as an Actuarial Consultant at PwC.
