Steve Kozman

Steve Kozman is an accomplished IT security and risk management professional with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Athene since April 2020, Steve leads IT security, risk, and compliance initiatives. Prior to this, Steve held various senior roles at AIG, including Global Head of Identity & Access Management and Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Risk Officer, overseeing global IAM operations and managing IT risks across multiple business units. Steve's career also includes positions at BT as Manager of Network Security and as a Systems Administrator/Consultant at Pacific Operators Offshore. Steve holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BS in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, and a BA in Statistical Science from UC Santa Barbara.
