Project Leader - Surveys at Atheneum

Aysham Sohail's work experience begins with the role of Project Leader - Surveys at Atheneum, starting in 2022. In this position, they handle client requests, manages client expectations for online survey execution, and assesses survey feasibility. Aysham also scopes clients on programming requirements and reviews survey questionnaires.

Prior to their role at Atheneum, Aysham worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) from 2021 to 2022. During this time, they led a subgroup of a project called Open Enrollment and was responsible for designing and implementing experiments on the Job Talash platform. Aysham also trained team members in survey-related skills and assisted in data collection, cleaning, and consolidation.

Before joining CERP, Aysham served as a Research Assistant for Dr. Bilal Khan in 2020, where they focused on tasks related to data cleaning and consolidation. Aysham thoroughly examined WorldBank questionnaires and conducted extensive secondary research on project variables.

In 2020, Aysham also worked as a Research Assistant at CERP for a brief period. In this role, they supported team members working on various components of the program.

Aysham's work experience began in 2019 at the Lahore School of Economics. As a Research Assistant, they collected data through surveys and assisted in creating questionnaires using ODK software. Aysham also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant during this time.

Lastly, in 2019, Aysham worked as a Student Mentor at the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS). Aysham helped students develop research proposals and raise awareness through social media platforms. Aysham also raised funds to support impoverished members of society.

Aysham Sohail attended the Lahore School of Economics from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Aysham'smajor was in Economics, and they had minors in Mathematics and Data Analytics.
