Cheruga Amani has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2007, Amani worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Standard Bank Group, where they analyzed network data and developed network architecture. From 2008 to 2010, Amani served as a Digital Ad Ops Technical Account Manager at acceleration. They then moved on to Napier HealthCare in 2011, where they were a Senior Digital Health Support Analyst, providing technical leadership for health information systems.

In 2016, Amani joined Aurea Software as a Customer Support Consultant, resolving issues in various applications. They also worked at Crossover for Work during this time, serving as an Individual Contributor, where they promoted the company's vision and advised candidates on the hiring process.

From 2020 to 2021, Amani held positions at Triplebyte and 4C Group of Companies as an Associate Technical Consultant and Telecom Business Support Analyst, respectively. In 2020, they also worked as a Technical Consultant at Ministère du Numérique - RDC, bringing expertise to technical solutions and training stakeholders.

Cheruga Amani's education history is as follows:

From 1999 to 2001, Cheruga attended Centre de Formation Profesionnelle Boboto (CFP) in Kinshasa, DR Congo, where they received a diploma in Computer Programming/Programmer, General.

In the years 2003 to 2004, they enrolled at Main Information Technology in Cape Town, South Africa, and completed a program in IT Technician, specializing in Computer Support.

Cheruga then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Cheruga studied from 2004 to 2007.

Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.

In 2012 to 2013, Cheruga attended the National Institute of Information Technology, specializing in Software Development and Java Technologies, where they obtained a DJVT degree.

In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Software Development and Technology Leadership from Jaipur National University.

Lastly, Cheruga completed their education at ISIPA from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
