Chris Cavanagh

Chris Cavanagh is a General Partner at Guidepost Growth Equity, a Boston-based private equity firm managing over $2 billion in assets. They specialize in growth equity investments within the application software and data services sectors, leveraging extensive experience across various industries. Chris currently serves on the boards of multiple companies, including Atheneum, dscout, and Tractive, and has held prior board positions with firms such as BrightTALK and Spoonflower. Previously, they worked at Great Hill Partners, where they focused on later-stage growth companies, and started their career at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst. Chris holds a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
