Natsuki started their career in 2008 as a Regional Social Worker at Volunteering Matters, where they monitored socially vulnerable individuals and facilitated their participation in various activities. Natsuki also reported to a regional manager and provided assistance to those in need of extra care.

In 2013, Natsuki joined ResearchGate as a Scientific Content Manager, where they improved user experience through web research and content creation. Natsuki also analyzed and mapped the structure of institutions and universities for ResearchGate's database.
