David Russ

David Russ has extensive work experience in supply chain management and consulting. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain, Finance, and Administration at Athersys since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Athersys from June 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Athersys, David held the position of Director of Supply Chain at WBC Group LLC from May 2015 to February 2020, where they were responsible for demand and supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment across multiple distribution centers. During their tenure, they successfully led e-commerce fulfillment during product launches, resulting in a sales growth of 500% in just six months.

David also worked at Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Supply Chain-Sourcing and Procurement consultant from November 2012 to April 2015.
