Founded in 2007 by four-time Olympian and three-time Olympic medalist Bo Hanson, Athlete Assessments created the world’s first DISC behavioral profiles made specifically for sport - for athletes, coaches, and sports administrators alike.

We’re not just another assessment provider. We help teams gain their true edge by building self-awareness, stronger communication, and seamless teamwork. Equipment doesn’t win championships, people do

Our AthleteDISC, CoachDISC, and Sports ManagerDISC tools, along with performance consulting, equip leaders across performance environments to unlock their full potential.

With over 100,000 athletes, coaches, and sports professionals trained across 40+ sports and numerous countries, we proudly support the work of world-class sport psychologists, coach developers, universities, and elite teams, from the Olympic to National, Professional, State, and US College levels.

If you’re serious about performance, you know real advantage comes from within. Connect with us, and let’s build stronger teams, smarter leaders, and lasting success together.
