We work with athletes, teams, schools and professionals to deliver tailored programmes built on sports science and lived experience. Our coaches and practitioners hold postgraduate qualifications along with exposure to elite level sport.

Concentrated on creating world-class sportsmen and women, Athlete Focused centres its attention on four key pillars of performance: training, nutrition, psychology and physiotherapy.

Our clients include British Basketball League team, Glasgow Rocks, BBC Women's Footballer of the Year, Kim Little and former British and Commonwealth Light Welterweight Champion, Willie Limond.

We’re growing Athlete Focused so more people can access athlete‑level support in their own communities. We offer franchise opportunities for driven, values‑led people who want to build a coaching and performance business using our proven programmes, brand and support.
