Bryan R. is a Design Director, Illustrator, and Visual Storyteller with extensive experience in creative direction, concepting, and team management. They have served as the Manager of Creative Content & Design at Compassion International since 2022, where they lead a team of creative specialists and oversee the alignment of marketing strategies. For over 20 years, Bryan has also been a Youth Leader at Montavilla Baptist Church, passionately impacting the lives of junior high students. They currently hold the position of Apparel Graphic Design Manager at lululemon and continue to operate as a freelance graphic designer through BR Design Studio. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes from 2003 to 2008.
