Christopher Kallam

Christopher Kallam has over 16 years of work experience. Christopher began their career in 2004 as an Army. In 2014, they joined Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits as an Operations Manager, Assistant Brewer, Filter Technician / Cellarman, and Warehouse Lead. In their roles, they were responsible for overseeing operations, maintaining quality control standards, fostering a communication-driven work environment, keeping up to date on SOPs, and communicating with vendors. In 2020, they joined Athletic Brewing Company as the Director of Operations and Brewery Operations Manager.

Christopher Kallam attended San Diego State University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Economics. In July 2019, they obtained a Cause Mapping certification from ThinkReliability.
