Mike Rozinsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in conflict resolution, organizational development, and group facilitation. As Co-Founder of When & How Studios since February 2022, Mike focuses on enhancing intentional connections and engagement in group work and events. Mike's entrepreneurial journey includes founding RZNSKY LLC in January 2018, where services span design, coaching, and consulting as a #conflicthugger. Mike has also held roles such as Organizational Ombuds Team Member, Confidential Coach at Bravely, and Sr. Associate at Healy+. Additional experience includes director positions at Fidelity Investments and co-founding WorkTable Ventures. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from UMass Boston and a BS/BA in Exercise Science and Psychology from Skidmore College.
