Rob Riccio

Rob Riccio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management, applications, and sales across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise Application Manager at Athletic Brewing Company since March 2021, Rob focuses on improving efficiency and intuitiveness within operations. Prior to this role, Rob spent nearly nine years at Rolled Alloys, first as Quality System Manager, enhancing facility quality performance and managing the AS9100 Quality Management System, and previously in Inside Sales, providing excellent customer service for specialty metals. Rob's earlier experience includes positions at ThyssenKrupp Materials, where marketing and inventory analysis were key responsibilities, and BT Conferencing, where logistics management was a primary focus. Rob began a career in hotel management at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, overseeing a large housekeeping team. Educationally, Rob holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the same institution.
