Ryan Lipka has worked in the beverage industry for the past five years. In 2020, they began working at Athletic Brewing Co. as the National Account Manager - Emerging Channels and Key Account Manager - Small Format & On-Premise. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Night Shift Brewing, Inc. as the National Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Senior Trade Activation Manager and Trade Activation Manager. In 2015, they also worked at IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions as a Ticket Sales Representative.

Ryan Lipka attended Bishop Fenwick High School in Peabody, MA before going on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Tampa in 2015.
