Michael Hooper

Michael Hooper is an accomplished professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the High Performance and Wellness lead at RCVRI since October 2024. As a partner at Athletic Ventures and Five Ventures Investment since May 2020 and 2020 respectively, Michael demonstrates expertise in investment and partnership strategies. Additionally, Michael serves as a sports commentator for Stan. since September 2023. Previously, Michael had a distinguished rugby career, playing for Rugby Australia from 2010 to October 2024, and representing the NSW Waratahs from January 2013 to December 2023, as well as the ACT Brumbies from October 2009 to December 2012. Michael's foundational education was completed at St. Pius X College, Chatswood, from 2002 to 2009.
