Neha Arora, CFA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Neha is currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Reinsurance at Athora since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Risk at Athora from November 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Athora, they worked at Pension Insurance Corporation from July 2017 to February 2022 as Stress and Scenario Testing and ORSA Lead. Neha gained experience in business model analysis and balance sheet stress testing of large UK banks as a Senior Associate in Financial Stability Strategy and Risk at the Bank of England from December 2014 to July 2017.

Earlier in their career, Neha worked as a Global Macro Quantitative Analyst at IV Capital from September 2011 to August 2014. Neha also served as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Nomura from October 2008 to July 2010. Neha began their career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers in July 2008.

Neha Arora, CFA attained a Masters degree in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford in the years 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics at St Stephen's College, Delhi University from 2005 to 2008. Neha has also received a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute.
