Simona L. is an experienced integration and project management professional with a strong background in financial and operational transformations across various industries. Currently serving as Integration Lead at Avania since September 2024 and as Senior Integration Project Manager at Athora since January 2022, Simona has previously held key roles at Marsh McLennan, MYCOM OSI, Sir Robert McAlpine, Unilever, Serco, Cushman & Wakefield, Informa Plc, and GSK. Notably, Simona managed the $8 billion sale and divestment of a division within Unilever and led significant treasury migrations and integrations at several organizations. Simona holds a Master's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from ITCS Eugenio Montale in Genova, Italy.
