David Haley

David Haley is an experienced operations leader with a background in managing material flow and enhancing operational efficiency. At ATI (Allegheny Technologies Incorporated) since September 2009, David Haley has held roles as Senior Leader and Supervisor, focusing on cross-training union employees to adapt to shifting priorities. Prior to ATI, David Haley worked at Weyerhaeuser from 2007 to 2009 as a Supervisor, emphasizing safety improvements while transitioning into management as Swing Planer Supervisor. David Haley's career began at Willamette Industry, where multiple roles from Planer Chain to Timber Grader were undertaken from August 1992 to June 2001. David Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Oregon State University, earned between 1993 and 1996, along with a foundational education from Lebanon Christian School from 1979 to 1987.
