Kimberly Fields

Kimberly Fields has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimberly is currently serving as the President & Chief Operating Officer at ATI, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of President Specialty Compression & GAST Manufacturing from April 2014 to April 2019, where they oversaw the engineering and manufacturing of various products for medical, dental, industrial, and transportation industries.

Earlier in their career, Kimberly served as the Executive Vice President, Flat Products at Evraz Inc NA from 2011 to 2013. Kimberly was responsible for managing the flat products division during their tenure.

Kimberly also worked at GE Energy, Alcoa, MetalSpectrum, LLC, The Boston Consulting Group, and Owens Corning, where they held various roles with increasing responsibilities.

Kimberly Fields has an MBA degree in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Material Science/Ceramic, which they earned from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1988 and 1992.
