Matt has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Plant Engineering and Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities included supervising teams, managing extensive electrical design and installation projects for large-scale industrial plants, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, Matt founded Engineered Power Solutions LLC, providing electrical engineering consulting services. Matt began the engineering career with internships at ATI Specialty Alloys and Components and Potlatch Corporation, developing essential skills in electrical systems and controls. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
