Ruby Sharma holds extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles across various industries, including aerospace, energy, technology, and healthcare. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for multiple companies such as ATI, Southwest Gas Holdings, S&C Electric Company, and SoundThinking, Ruby provides expertise in audit and compensation committees. As a Senior Advisor at LHH's International Center for Executive Options, Ruby supports C-Suite leaders during transitions. Previously, Ruby was the Managing Partner at RNB Strategic Advisors, focusing on organizational transformation and M&A transactions. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University.
