Tim Bender is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in production and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Transformation Leader at ATI since March 2014, Tim has held various roles including Continuous Improvement Manager, Engineer II, and Operations Leader, focusing on final part production at the Millersburg plant site. Prior experience includes working as a Production Support Engineer, where Tim specialized in tooling design and lean tooling inventory control. Additionally, Tim was a Student Engineer at Oregon State University, teaching SolidWorks to students and overseeing their assessments. Tim holds two Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University, complemented by training from Dale Carnegie in 2017.
