Joanna Ma, MHA, is a Client Delivery & Operations Manager at ATI Advisory. With prior experience as an Administrative Fellow at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and a Process Improvement Intern at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Joanna has developed a strong foundation in healthcare operations and process efficiency. They have also served as a guest lecturer at The Fourth Military Medical University, where they engaged medical graduate students in discussions about American culture. Joanna holds a Master of Health Administration from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
