Andy Lowe

Andy Lowe is a self-motivated Sr. Human Resources Process Leader at ATI (Allegheny Technologies Incorporated), where they apply their expertise in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Previously, Lowe has held various HR roles, including Human Resource Generalist at USIC, where they assisted in candidate selection and employee grievance resolution, and Human Resource Coordinator at Greene Resources, resolving payroll issues and facilitating employee relations. Lowe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources from Winthrop University, which they obtained in 2014. In addition to their HR experience, they have contributed to organizations as a Worship Intern and Leader in various churches.
