Bill Ferry is a strategic operations leader and process engineer with 20 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and engineering. They have held various roles at Caterpillar Inc., where they became a Six Sigma Black Belt and achieved significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Currently, as an Operations Superintendent at ATI, they continue to implement data-driven methodologies and lean manufacturing practices. Bill is also pursuing a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and an MS in Industrial Management at Northern Illinois University. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their family, participating in travel soccer and competitive cheer, and engaging in outdoor activities.
