Constance Smith

Constance (Connie) Smith, MBA, is a Senior Director of Human Resources at ATI Specialty Materials, leading HR for 2,100 employees across eight sites within a $1.6 billion manufacturing unit. With over 20 years of HR experience, Connie has designed and executed global HR strategies that promote performance, engagement, and innovation. Previously, Connie held various leadership roles at Honeywell and Ceridian, engaging in initiatives that fostered diversity, talent development, and operational efficiencies. Connie is pursuing a BSBA in Human Resources and Operations Management at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and has an MBA in Management from Mercer University.
