Derek Rowland is a seasoned leader and change agent with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. They began their education in accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater but pivoted to serve nearly seven years in the US Navy as an Engineering Laboratory Technician. After completing their undergraduate degree online at Thomas Edison State College, they earned an MBA from Bradley University in 2011 and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2020. They currently serve as the Director of Reliability and Maintenance at ATI and have held significant leadership roles at companies such as Hydro-Thermal Corporation and Bio Fab Technologies Inc. Derek is dedicated to team building and has a unique blend of technical and business acumen.
